How we work

We can provide free and impartial advice on any of our plumbing services and also provide you a no obligation quote. 

During an install we will work in a professional manner at all times and treat your home with the respect and care you deserve. We will remove all waste and all work areas will be tidied.

Upon completion of jobs we will fully explain to you how any new equipment install works and how you control it. All  required paperwork will be completed and your warranty will be registered with the manufacturer. When applicable we will notify the gas safe / local authorities about the work carried out. We can also provide annual service reminders if required.

All our work comes with full manufacturers guarantees and we are certified to all required EU legislation including Gas Safe (registration number 579943), City & Guilds level 1 & 2 joinery, UKATA Asbestos awareness, PASMA and IPAF.
