Air conditioning for business premises
A comfortable building matters to staff, customers and residents, and some spaces, such as server rooms and kitchens, need cooling to keep equipment and people working. UltraOne is a commercial air conditioning installer that designs, installs and maintains commercial air conditioning across Wakefield, Leeds, Barnsley and West Yorkshire, from a single office or shop unit to multi-room systems across a whole building.
Cooling is often one part of a building’s wider heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). We look at how a new system will work alongside your existing heating and ventilation, so the building stays comfortable all year without the systems working against each other.
Every commercial job starts with a site survey and load calculation, so the system is sized for the building and how it is used. We are F-Gas / Refcom registered (1017324) and Gas Safe registered (579943). You can also read about our wider commercial heating and cooling work in the commercial section of our homepage.

Design and installation
We design and install the type of system that suits the building:
- Split systems for single offices, shop units and server rooms.
- Multi-split systems serving several rooms from one outdoor unit, with separate control in each room.
- VRF systems for larger buildings, where many indoor units share one refrigerant system and can be controlled zone by zone.
We plan the indoor unit positions, pipe and cable routes and outdoor unit location with you, including rooftop installations, and work around your business to keep disruption to a minimum.
Planned maintenance and F-Gas compliance
Planned maintenance contracts keep commercial systems clean, efficient and reliable, with service visits scheduled to suit you. Many commercial systems hold enough refrigerant to fall within the F-Gas regulations, which means regular leak checks by a certified F-Gas engineer and up-to-date records. As a Refcom F-Gas registered business, our F-Gas registered engineers carry out the checks and keep the records for you. See our air conditioning servicing, maintenance and repair page for what a service includes.
